A
‘Departmental Inquiry’ is an Inquiry which is conducted ‘in-house’ against a
charged officer or against a person suspected to be engage in doing of a guilt towards the Employer
while discharging one’s duty in order to ensure that ‘free and fair’ environment
is made available to him or her wherein all those who are conducting the said
Inquiry are fully aware of the ‘Rules and Regulation’ of the Organization
concerned as well as the ‘circumstances’ under which the charged Officer has to
or had to carried out the cited action and to ensure that the charges, so
framed fall under the category of misconduct under the prevailing ‘ Rules and
Regulation’ that govern a Company and is deliberately done for one’s self gain;
while framing the charges against him or her to determine the future course of
action on the subject matter, whether or not to proceed with the Inquiry.
There
are examples when a Company often go to the extent of punishing the ‘charged
Officer’ without any witness available in-spite of securing such witnesses
through engaging-in a self arrangement to speak against the charged Officer. It
speaks volume to what extent we can go down in deriving pleasures to ourselves
from inflicting pain to a common one by the Powerful others reasonless.
As and when an Institution does it to satisfy
its vested interests through doing of new recruitments {upon refusal of others
from within the Company to extend such help to the Company in framing of such
charges; in-spite of offering of various
incentives like double etc.} on the sole condition of helping such Organization
to frame charges against himself or herself to pass the said framed charges
later against ‘Innocent Officers’ through use of a trick, who is(are) disliked
by the Company for whatever reason working within the Organization {with exact
supports extended or provided or received from higher Management to make the
charges fool proof as well as for providing of scope for misusing through doing
of transfer of the charges so framed against them to others}; the sanctity of
the term ‘Departmental Inquiry’ is lost and it shall instantly transform into
highest degree of assault on providing or offering of just ‘Justice’ to the aggrieved one. In
such a situation, the charged Officer becomes a target of mass attack from the
Powerful ones from within the Organization with assistance received from outside.
This is the degree of ill will one can bear towards the other who suspected to
be a hindrance in propagating their desire to expand everywhere.
We
are now increasingly resorting to such tactics to punish innocents to destroy
the humanity. As far as restoring the previous position is concerned; it is an
automatic and an associated issue to reinstate the charged Officer by the
concerned Company irrespective of whether or not the charged Officer is under
employment within the same Organization; so long the charged officer is not put
to any humiliation like considering him or her as a ‘contact Employee’ instead
of treating as employee of the Company by virtue of getting the punishment. If
a reverse situation prevails, none shall ever work under the same environment
and always prefer to quit the Post so hold in case the charged Officer is
innocent. If the Company act otherwise; he or she (charged Officer) must be
adequately compensated under most ordinary circumstances.
If
an innocent charged Officer is physically assaulted; the entity shall instantly
lost his identity as ‘human being’ after duly loosing himself or herself into
wilderness of unknowns upon absorbing of cruelty that one has inflicted on the
other. Possibly due to this reason either we had lost the KG Basin of its huge
reserve of Gas or its capacity manipulated.
