Late
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was a most loyal & faithful Congressman First and
an angry Political Leader second and hence he was a part and parcel of the
Congress Party. He was no doubt holding a character of high moral value and was
most eager to see the Country grow or prosper in all aspects through use of
force even when it was not necessary to engage such forces, ignoring the fact
that such actions of him might deem the value of the Country instead of keeping
the Country intact. He was the only one who often challenges the view and
actions of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru even though he was maintaining a most
cordial relationship with P.M. which was a rare availability within the Cabinet
while maintaining or managing a Conflict as faced by the Country at that time. The
relationship was exactly alike that existed between Hitler and Romeo, his most
loved aide. Had Late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel been allowed to impose his will
and desire as expressed in many occasions during various deliberation within
the Party; the Country would not have been remained as one, as we are presently
living within its care.
He
hates divisions within us but his way of thinking of implementing togetherness
was like a man in Army’s Uniform. While his desire of using force against partition
of the Country was just and correct even though it would have tantamount to a
clash of views being carried forward by Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi
unless a consensus decision was arrived at through doing of a dialogue which
unfortunately could not take place for our ignorance while treating or proceeding
with the matter at the exact way. Therefore we neither carry forward the said
approach of us nor stop happening of a division of Country; had there been no assassination
of our most beloved Mahatma Gandhi. Hence, the fate of the Country was cut
short in view of absence of the Father of the Nation amongst us at that time; being
he was intensely as well as equally popular across the entire communities that
constituted the Country.
An
action must befit an occasion to kill a particular ailment. Accordingly if an
action is wrong, a reverse shall happen to us instead of doing us any good.
While the willingness on the part of Late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel not to allow
partition of the Country to take effect was correct; his similar desires to
attack everything with an equal aim and eye on other occasions too within the
Country were outright wrong being both situations {outside & inside the
Country}were miles apart from each other. Had the Country gave more importance
to development of Science than falling prey to vested interests who were expert
in stealing fund from others than doing a delivery to the Country, the Nation
would not have face the current situation to live its life having immerged in
keen or up-to shoulder deep in corruption everywhere while conducting of a
transaction between each other of whatever nature within the Country.
Since
we a developed a character over a long period of time immerged within the same,
we must adopt other means other than enactment of laws to fight our ailment or
else we shall fall prey to the limitless middlemen by taking over us to dictate
terms to the entire Common General Public through use of proxy; considering
amassing of wealth as one’s carrying of value and not the hard labor put-in by one
to contribute for Growth of the Country. This is reverse of what we are
intending to do together to ourselves.
Therefore,
we got stuck in-between two extreme characters of Late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel
and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the later being more powerful than the first.
Having our most beloved Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi remained absent
within us during the period for felling prey to evil forces who too living
within us to interfere with our march towards a very bright future; by building
it, purely through our combined self efforts, we suddenly became aimless. Since
we are about to take a turn for the good of the entire us through some
implementation of ORDERS with much of care; let us do a thorough self analysis
individually before arriving at a decision to elect our representatives to the
High Institution, we called as either Parliament or Assembly; who are fulfilled
with adequate qualifications to distinguish whether an action is correct or
incorrect under a given situation and not fall prey to false propaganda.
During
the time of Cuban Crisis during the year 1962, Late John F. Kennedy preferred
to sacrifice his most valuable life than falling prey to engage-in an avoidable
war even though cause was much in favor of USA. Accordingly the liberation of
Bangladesh gave us a chance to remain united still without the Country falling
in the hands of foreign Power through the stroke of ill luck, we had crated
around us. So far or so long we are walking possibly right or correctly to
regain what we had lost; provided we see reason to act. Let us come out winner.
