We often find that all Windows Operating Systems released by ‘Microsoft’ became a victim of attack by the so called Hackers to invade the Windows in one way or the other taking recourse mostly to weakness of 3rd Parties Software which cannot always addresses the security issues often associated with it. Since our Computers are continuously became a victim to it to see frequent crashes of the Operating System with constant regularity, Microsoft was kind enough to grant us permission to active the Operating systems as and when we faces a crash of it without raising a question . Further, with intrusion of 3rd Party Software into the system, it not only makes the Operating System unstable, but also it forces the Computer to run at very speed consuming additional Power effecting the concerned Computer to see a reduced life of it.
A few days back when both of our Computers of which one is a Notebook, the other is self assembled Desktop faced sudden crash following flashing of a Blue Screen on both, we took a decision to try freely supplied ‘Microsoft Security Essential’ available for Original Windows which is basically an additional Antivirus and Antispyware program to evaluate its effectiveness in stopping Hackers constantly invading our Computers at most ease.
While we could install the Software hassle free in VISTA Operating System, we face with a very stiff resistance in installing it in Windows XP Operating System to see a repeated failures in all our attempts until we install a free Edition of ‘Firewall’ from a reputed Software Manufacturer. Following running in and installing the said Software issued free by Microsoft to all those who are buying their Windows either directly from Microsoft or through its network of dealers present everywhere from across the Globe, we found that the entire problems, we are always living with together on working with Windows of various type, have suddenly vanished to nowhere to leave the Computers run most normally soundless, fast as well as errorless. It became completely successful in disconnection all connections to and from all 3rd Party tools, some of which we have installed for improving the Quality of the Computers through securing of better viewing of the images, produced by it on command; much without sacrificing the effectiveness of the Computer in any way by using the Microsoft Software of ‘Security Essentials’. With passing of a few days of use, it most effectively removed all the viruses from corrupted ‘DLL’ files either done by 3rd Parties through replacements of these ‘DLL’ or through invading of it using a very complex route by expert Hackers which none other could able to detect or remove. The Software is that Powerful to draw a definition towards it.
In order to infuse more security in updating the Software ‘Microsoft’ is offering additional definitions of it by delivering it to the concern Computer through ‘Windows updating’ to avoid overtaking of it by miscellaneous Software during delivery as often happens with other Software who became victim of unauthorized Hacking. However, we require a free Firewall to install during downloading and activating the Software to prevent interfering with it by third Parties in initial stage. While installing it in Windows Vista or Windows-7, it is free from interferences from 3rd Parties, in all other Windows, it requires installing of a separate Firewall apart from in-built one in Windows till date until it is made available to Customers through Windows updates.
Accordingly although the option of downloading the Software is offered from open source, we most humbly request Microsoft to offer this extremely useful Software as an optional Software through ‘Windows updating’ not to bring a ‘Scar’ to this most successful Software. Once one opts to install this Software from ‘Windows updating’ without allowing it to get corrupted during downloading, none ever require giving any extra attention for a possible crash of the system for whatever reason.
From the year 1999 with Windows 98 under wide circulation, we never ever found obtaining such stability of the Operating system in-spite of existing of an error in the Hard Disk in the Notebook. Following noticing such instabilities in the Windows for so long, we had in-fact changed our Opinion towards ‘Microsoft’ for providing an insecure system in-place for no fault of the Company. In contrast, it made the performance of the Machines so good that, even viewing of it, gives one enough of delight apart from doubling the life of Machines as being anticipated by us seeing their respective performances differently in 2 Machines.
Again since updating of Windows also don’t run with a risk of invading one’s Computer by 3rd Parties, it is possibly a good idea of selling Microsoft’s ‘Digital Lockers’ to Customers who are interested in buying it at an appropriate price to ensure safe receipt of Software from Microsoft which shall automatically remove all doubts of putting a dent in the efficiency to the entire range of Windows under circulation at present by Microsoft. Accordingly we offer our regret for considering a great Product ever put before the Public with some doubt available in mind. There are, however, a few additional utility tools installed in our Computers too which are also possibly offering help to ‘Microsoft Security Essentials’ to perform so excellent.
When both of Computers crash together recently; we found that installation of Windows Vista on the Desktop was perfect but the installation of Windows XP in the Notebook was much away from good to see some degree of instability in the Windows but following complete installation of ‘Microsoft Security Essentials’, in the Notebook, the Windows prompted us whether or not we like to transfer the Windows to ‘Hard Drive’ of the Notebook instead of keep it in ‘Optical Drive’. On saying ‘Yes’, the Windows immediately restated to provide us a separate Windows. The term or action of happening so was never encountered by us earlier, to know about how and why it was installed in the ‘Optical Drive’ instead of the Hard Drive to prevent installation of other associated Software to make the Laptop ready for use. After transferring the Windows into Hard Drive, the instability of Windows vanished altogether to allow us to install Microsoft Office-2007 to do our normal daily jobs unhampered. This is the first incident of happening so to remain the occurrence of it unanswered to us yet.
Accordingly we wish ‘Microsoft’ to grow bigger in keeping all the Windows under circulation intact and in highest order and form to attract back all who opted for other Substitutes due to frequent corruption of its released Operating Systems for whatever reason. We are now surely and certainly offering our utmost respect to our Most Honorable Mr. Bill Gates who founded this Great Organization for the overall Good of the entire Humanity. Let us grow everywhere now to embrace all with equal warmth.

Our Bitter Experience of Building of a Relationship with DELL
Our first experience of Laptop was a DELL make Notebook came into our hand as and when it was first launched in INDIA through receipt as a Gift. For a long rough use it for over a decade; we never faced any problem in the Machine except small capacity of the Hard disk and carrying of a weak Battery for which were forced to buy an external Hard Disk.
With that experience in hand, we had bought the second DELL Machine namely Studio 1555 on April 9th, 2009 expecting that it shall provide us the same Service and in-fact met the entire expectation of our son for playing Games continuously, together with using it for Educational purposes but the Machine started giving us problem after 6 months of use reasonless of getting warnings of Low Battery Charge. When it was checked by DELL Service Engineer remotely, it was found that the Battery was almost in dead condition which was accordingly replaced by them free; considering that the Battery was supplied defective. When we noticed that same problem reappeared with less frequency after a month of use, we suspected a fault in the Power Cord. No sooner we found the exact cause; Power Cord suddenly got burst while connecting to Power due to internal short circuiting but luckily none got hurt during the accident. Although it happened very much within the warranty period, we had to bear the cost of the Power Cord as it was told to us that the Warranty Policy of the Company was revised to cover for 5 years for all major parts but it doesn’t cover consumables like Battery and Power Cord even if it is a manufacturing defect.
Accordingly Company had delivered the Power Cord through Courier Service in packed condition with no packing damage. Although it was an internal Manufacturing defect of the Power Cord to cause the first Battery go bad so quickly and it almost damage second Battery too, we at a loss to find the reason why DELL charged for it!
Although we had received the Power cord duly but it was of wrong specification of 65 W instead of Laptop’s requirement of 90 W which caused the Computer getting repeatedly shutting-down automatically while working with it for more than 10 day’s time. After 1-2 weeks of use when we noticed more serious problems surfacing on the Laptop on each day of use. On checking when it was found that the Power Cord which was supplied to us was of wrong specification, Company replaced the same at utmost speed. But during this short period of use, the Notebook became fully unstable to the extent of causing an irreparable damage to the Computer to see unexpected shutting down of the Notebook even though all other items were in order. Believing that it shall become alright over time, we continued with the problem without raising an issue with the Company on the Subject. It was in-fact happening so until we tried to upgrade it.
In the meantime when ‘Microsoft’ issued a closer notice of VISTA updating without Service Pack-2 available, from May 10th, 2010; we requested DELL to provide us a free Copy of Windows-7 which too Company agreed as the Operating System provided with the Machine was without a Service Pack to make the reinstalling from Recovery console null and void. Although it was supplied very much within the warranty period, we took a permission from DELL to upgrade it to Windows-7 to a later date as and when our son’s University Examination shall be over to avoid facing of any possible installation issue in view of the instability of the Computer of getting frequently shutting down; often accompanied with flashing of blue screen which had happened purely due to use of Power Cord of much lower capacity. On May 22nd, 2010, about one and half month following expiry of the warranty, we started installing the Window-7 over Vista at night time to ensure constant supply of Power into the Machine following the exact procedure or instruction issued to us by DELL for doing the correct installation with some reservation in mind towards the health of the Laptop which surely shall require a replacement sooner or later even if we changed all the major parts. Also as the cost of warranty is almost triple than other Computer manufactures, we try to delay it as much as possible to become somewhat sound financially for bearing the cost comfortably.
We had earlier faced with a similar problem with HP too when we bought a Compaq Notebook (Model: V3122TU) during March, 2007 of which the Battery was found under similar condition but when we intend to exchange it from the Dealer after a week of purchase, the Dealer refused to exchange it but requested us to visit their Service Centre who found that the serial Number of the Battery is tampered with and orally asked the Dealer either to exchange it or issue a higher Model after directing the Dealer to return the Laptop to HP . Accordingly we bought a HP Pavilion dv2124 Notebook PC paying the difference in cost but found the system not that much robust for playing Games as hence sold-off after 2 years of use to buy the DELL Laptop. Facing of this situation is ruled out with respect to DELL being their Notebooks are home delivered directly from the Factory but using a 3rd Party Courier ‘Blue Dirt’. When nothing can be kept secure now everywhere within the Globe without happening of a leak; no matter how much security is in place, how one can be so sure such Machines cannot be fallen into the hands of Bad Elements to make an exchange on transit? However, the more we able to protect our design from Duplication, the more the Company has command over the Product to retain its ‘Hallmark’ intact in the Market. Hence the procedure is to an extent flawless.
Also, after noticing an external damage of Power Cord in the 2nd HP Notebook after a year of use; when we contacted HP to replace it against cost; they suggested us to buy it from outside with an additional socket. On minute inspection we found that the port for the Power Cord of the Notebook was at the bottom of the body with a slant as much as 15 degrees downwards to take the load of the entire Notebook by it, if placed at Table Top while playing games and hence the providing of the addition Socket removed the problem altogether. But in the DELL Notebooks, the port for the Power Cord is at the top of the body and it never require undertaking of any external load from the Laptop at-all to cause a failure of the Power Cord under such circumstances. Therefore the damage of the Power Cord of Studio1555 was a manufacturing defect only.
When we attempted to up-grade the Studio 1555 on May 22nd, 2010; the Operating System suddenly became fully unstable and following restating it, the Windows prompted us to upgrade the ‘Bio’. Since the incident happened at night time, we unable to contact DELL to inform about the situation but took the risk of upgrading the Bio since all prompts were issued from the DELL’s web help and on the strength of the instruction issued to us to follow the Screen direction by DELL to upgrade it but in-between the operation we found that the Machine got shut down by itself without updating the Bio and later found that the Mother Board of the Notebook got crashed. Since we are constantly doing of updating of Bio in our other Computers without facing a single problem during Installations, we suspect that the crash of the Mother Board of Studio 1555 was in-fact happened due to running of the Notebook on a much lower capacity (65 W against the requirement of 90W) as supplied by DELL against bearing of cost although the Machine was very much under warranty as well as providing of iritic Power Supply to the Notebook due to the faulty Power Cord that came with the Machine which was used for almost 9 months.
Had we upgraded the Notebook from Windows VISTA to Windows-7 during the time of receipt (within warranty period); we would have claimed the free replacement of the Mother Board being it was sure to face the same problem being we are carrying a damaged Machine in our hands which happened due to manufacturing defect in the Power Cord as well as due to wrong replacement of the Power Cord of lower capacity by none other than DELL itself which automatically embraces the Company i.e. DELL to take full responsibility of it even if it happened inadvertently being we are the injured one or victims of the said action of DELL. Further when I cited the conditions of the new warranty Policy which was intimated to us by DELL recently, they asked for a Copy of it while rejecting our prayer for repairing the same. The Company warned that unless I buy the warranty for which I unable to bear the cost in view of my facing of current acute financial Crisis, my Notebook shall remain unattended forever as no parts of it are sold in the Market. But when I cited the following clause of warranty on 27/05/2010 for purchasing Mother Board instead of the warranty to save about Rs.5000.00, after locating it in the mail box; they offered a different explanation of it nonetheless wordings are clear and absolute.
• Dell can support hardware up to 5 years from date of manufacture/shipment.
• Batteries and other consumables are not covered under warranty.
The first points clearly mentioned that all major parts like Mother Board, Processors, and Hard Disk etc are available to the Customers against purchase even if it is not under warranty since no DELL Products are available in the market for spot purchase and hence a Customer need not have to consider the Products purchased from DELL as scrape if extension of warranty is not opted for and the Products purchased faced with a sudden failure. As DELL wrongfully interpreted the clause to mean that DELL can accept warranty up to 5 years from the date of Manufacture and not beyond that to receive a supply, we are at wit’s end to find a solution out of it and ultimately we had to buy the warranty immediately not to disturb our son’s Education order No.406901 and Transaction No. INSO 3661850 on 28/05/2010. According to DELL, the clause never guarantying a Customer to buy Products of his or her choice against paying cost price without the warranty purchased and hence must forget the Machine once something goes wrong for whatever reason without a warranty available in hand. While the cost of Mother Board is Rs.9000, the cost of purchasing a warranty is Rs.1440.00 which is a very heavy amount for us to bear being belonging to the category of most ordinary persons and yet had to scramble to the pressure to keep the Notebook running somehow. This means indirectly that a DELL’s ordinary Laptop costs (14,440x4=57,800+45,000) =Rs1, 02,800.00 in reality against a cost of below Rs.50, 000.00 for similar products from other reputed Manufactures. A single year warranty cost of DELL is almost ¾th Price of my HP 520 Notebook which is running without facing a single problem for the last three years.
As per as second point is concern, there is no consumables in a Computer unlike printing add-ons etc to a Computer where ink cartage is a consumable product. The first one of the DELL make Notebook ran for more than a decade without the requirement of buying a single additional item and with no warranty opted. Then, where from the question of consumables come into a Computer if a Computer runs twice its life without an additional requirement? A consumable must a part of a particular product without which a Machine cannot run. The only consumable in a Notebook is Power Consumption to run it and all others are most important accessories only made by 3rd Parties carrying a similar warranty.
Now find what exactly a Computer is? A Computer is nothing but an assembly of many assorted Machines put together, the result of which is fed into a very small chip with some inbuilt codes within it to cause it to behave in a particular manner of our desire or choice to produce an image in a Screen. Therefore, the Chip within the Computer follows some complex commands to work on our behalf. Therefore the Battery and Power Cord are 2 different Machines to become an integral part of the Computer. Unless these are supplied defective, a Computer cannot go wrong other than facing of normal wear and tear. If we consider these as consumables, the ‘Hallmark’ of the Company itself shall be in doubt being it shall constitute procuring these items from an unreliable sources which might subjected to continuous failures as admitted by the second clause of the warranty. Why DELL is protecting the interest of the 3rd Parties who are supplying these items to ignore an assured quality supply being these Companies too are govern by such rules to instantly replace a defective part supplied? As and when we don’t follow the written down order through doing of a wrong interpretation, all the Computers from all across the Globe shall also stop functioning by following haphazard command from outside. Therefore tomorrow we might see Computer is no longer a companion of us but it shall deliver the reverse to destroy us. We have a HP 520 Notebook bought much earlier than purchasing of DELL’s Notebook without opting for even 1 year warranty even to save Rs.2000.00 but it is running perfectly fine still without requiring of an extra attention for the last 3 years. Why is the difference between the two? Therefore there exist some unseen vested interests within the command line to derive a benefit out of wrongful interpretation of the warranty to make a huge profit out of the Company. Each individual major Products within the Computer i.e. Mother Board, Processor, Hard Disk etc carry their own warranty of 3 years apart from Power Cord and Battery of varying duration which however can be altered by the concern Computer Manufactures who assemble it to make the Unit complete. Since Battery and Power Cord is external, the warranty entered into by a Computer Company with the supplier must be passed on the Consumers at-least partly but justifying the action taken unilaterally by the Company shall tantamount to misuse of Business ethics to acquire a Tag of unfaithfulness to Consumers.
As far as installation of Windows-7 over Vista is concern, since images of the Operating system is kept secured in the Bit Locker for both VISTA and Windows-7 differently for both to keep secure the Operating System under complete health and intact allowing none to alter it, a Bio updating is an absolute necessity once the Operating System is upgraded from VISTA to Windows-7 through making available 2nd Bit Locker in the same Machine for replacing the former, it always run with the risk of crash. Since the Windows-7 was without a Product key, none can format the Hard Disk to install afresh the Windows-7 after removing the ‘S’ Bit Locker Drive. On intimating DELL about it, DELL had asked us to continue with the installation of Windows-7 in-spite of the presence of ‘Bit Locker’ of Vista which caused the Operating System become fully unstable to continue starting and shutting down automatically. At last when the Windows prompted that you must update the ‘Bios’ instantly to create a separate or making unusable the existing ‘Bit Locker’ where the image of Vista is kept intact, the Notebook faced with a complete failure beyond repair. This is surely not a fault of us but happened due to lack of instruction during supply of Windows-7
SOLUTION
Since the ‘Bit Lockers’ of both Vista and Windows-7 are different; any availability of both within the same Operating System through superimposition of one over the other, shall result in a fatal failure of the System in the Computers in Machines where ‘Bit Locker’ has been activated while using Vista earlier. Therefore one requires formatting the Hard Disk prior to installation of Windows-7 which option is not available in the CD supplied by DELL and hence it was purely a fault of DELL for not issuing the correct instruction for installation of Windows-7 over Vista. The Company is still insisting that it shall work even though ‘Bit Locker’ is activated when we cannot even reinstall Vista in Vista Operating System without removing ‘S’ Drive followed by thorough formatting or else 2 ‘S’ Drive shall appear to raise conflict with each other not allowing the operating system to work fine .With one ‘Bit Locker’ available within the Recovery Capsule and the other outside it within the Operating System as supplied with the Machine i.e. Windows Vista , the upgrading cannot rewrite the content in the ‘Bit Locker’ to raise an instant issue of conflict of both Windows . The Bit Locker of Windows Vista always remain intact in the hard Disk in-spite of crashing of the Operating System unless it is fully formatted prior to reinstallation of Window7 after duly removing Bit Locker Drive which could not be done by us as the CD supplied by DELL was without a Product key available to see a total crash of the System. Therefore it is highly risky to install Windows-7 over Windows Vista as and when Bit Locker is enabled by one to make the Operating System more secure as done by us. A simple deletion of the Drive ‘S’ cannot ensure a correct installation of Windows-7 over Windows Vista. That is why we are facing this problem from all across the Globe but resorting to above we can possibly overcome it at ease.
Under the circumstances I am bringing the matter into the notice of Highest Management of DELL as well as other Customers of DELL, how a reputed Company like DELL can misinterpret the content of the clause of warranty to act otherwise to panelize a genuine Customer who is intending to build a great relationship with them? This write-up is never reflecting the efficiency or delivery of goods to its wide range of customers from all across the Globe, but to point out some deficiencies on the part of the professionals within the Company for not differentiating one case from the other being everywhere exceptions are available to see and address some critical issues differently for enhancing the name of the Company. We even find that the Company was monitoring the issue from abroad but constrained by compulsion not to act on my behalf just for wrong interpretation of the warranty clauses under force within the Company.

Since we are constantly doing of updating of Bio in our other Computers without facing a single problem during Installations, we suspect that the crash of the Mother Board of Studio 1555 was in-fact happened due to running of the Notebook on a much lower capacity (65 W against the requirement of 90W) as supplied by DELL against bearing of cost although the Machine was very much under warranty as well as providing of iritic Power Supply to the Notebook due to the faulty Power Cord that came with the Machine which was used for almost 9 months.
Had we upgraded the Notebook from Windows VISTA to Windows-7 during the time of receipt (within warranty period); we would have claimed the free replacement of the Mother Board being it was sure to face the same problem being we are carrying a damaged Machine in our hands which happened due to manufacturing defect in the Power Cord as well as due to wrong replacement of the Power Cord of lower capacity by none other than DELL itself which automatically embraces the Company i.e. DELL to take full responsibility of it even if it happened inadvertently being we are the injured one or victims of the said action of DELL. Further when I cited the conditions of the new warranty Policy which was intimated to us by DELL recently, they asked for a Copy of it while rejecting our prayer for repairing the same. The Company warned that unless I buy the warranty for which I unable to bear the cost in view of my facing of current acute financial Crisis, my Notebook shall remain unattended forever as no parts of it are sold in the Market. But when I cited the following clause of warranty on 27/05/2010 for purchasing Mother Board instead of the warranty to save about Rs.5000.00, after locating it in the mail box; they offered a different explanation of it nonetheless wordings are clear and absolute.
• Dell can support hardware up to 5 years from date of manufacture/shipment.
• Batteries and other consumables are not covered under warranty.
The first points clearly mentioned that all major parts like Mother Board, Processors, and Hard Disk etc are available to the Customers against purchase even if it is not under warranty since no DELL Products are available in the market for spot purchase and hence a Customer need not have to consider the Products purchased from DELL as scrape if extension of warranty is not opted for and the Products purchased faced with a sudden failure. As DELL wrongfully interpreted the clause to mean that DELL can accept warranty up to 5 years from the date of Manufacture and not beyond that to receive a supply, we are at wit’s end to find a solution out of it and ultimately we had to buy the warranty immediately not to disturb our son’s Education order No.406901 and Transaction No. INSO 3661850 on 28/05/2010. According to DELL, the clause never guarantying a Customer to buy Products of his or her choice against paying cost price without the warranty purchased and hence must forget the Machine once something goes wrong for whatever reason without a warranty available in hand. While the cost of Mother Board is Rs.9000, the cost of purchasing a warranty is Rs.1440.00 which is a very heavy amount for us to bear being belonging to the category of most ordinary persons and yet had to scramble to the pressure to keep the Notebook running somehow. This means indirectly that a DELL’s ordinary Laptop costs (14,440x4=57,800+45,000) =Rs1, 02,800.00 in reality against a cost of below Rs.50, 000.00 for similar products from other reputed Manufactures. A single year warranty cost of DELL is almost ¾th Price of my HP 520 Notebook which is running without facing a single problem for the last three years.
As per as second point is concern, there is no consumables in a Computer unlike printing add-ons etc to a Computer where ink cartage is a consumable product. The first one of the DELL make Notebook ran for more than a decade without the requirement of buying a single additional item and with no warranty opted. Then, where from the question of consumables come into a Computer if a Computer runs twice its life without an additional requirement? A consumable must a part of a particular product without which a Machine cannot run. The only consumable in a Notebook is Power Consumption to run it and all others are most important accessories only made by 3rd Parties carrying a similar warranty.
Now find what exactly a Computer is? A Computer is nothing but an assembly of many assorted Machines put together, the result of which is fed into a very small chip with some inbuilt codes within it to cause it to behave in a particular manner of our desire or choice to produce an image in a Screen. Therefore, the Chip within the Computer follows some complex commands to work on our behalf. Therefore the Battery and Power Cord are 2 different Machines to become an integral part of the Computer. Unless these are supplied defective, a Computer cannot go wrong other than facing of normal wear and tear. If we consider these as consumables, the ‘Hallmark’ of the Company itself shall be in doubt being it shall constitute procuring these items from an unreliable sources which might subjected to continuous failures as admitted by the second clause of the warranty. Why DELL is protecting the interest of the 3rd Parties who are supplying these items to ignore an assured quality supply being these Companies too are govern by such rules to instantly replace a defective part supplied? As and when we don’t follow the written down order through doing of a wrong interpretation, all the Computers from all across the Globe shall also stop functioning by following haphazard command from outside. Therefore tomorrow we might see Computer is no longer a companion of us but it shall deliver the reverse to destroy us. We have a HP 520 Notebook bought much earlier than purchasing of DELL’s Notebook without opting for even 1 year warranty even to save Rs.2000.00 but it is running perfectly fine still without requiring of an extra attention for the last 3 years. Why is the difference between the two? Therefore there exist some unseen vested interests within the command line to derive a benefit out of wrongful interpretation of the warranty to make a huge profit out of the Company. Each individual major Products within the Computer i.e. Mother Board, Processor, Hard Disk etc carry their own warranty of 3 years apart from Power Cord and Battery of varying duration which however can be altered by the concern Computer Manufactures who assemble it to make the Unit complete. Since Battery and Power Cord is external, the warranty entered into by a Computer Company with the supplier must be passed on the Consumers at-least partly but justifying the action taken unilaterally by the Company shall tantamount to misuse of Business ethics to acquire a Tag of unfaithfulness to Consumers.
As far as installation of Windows-7 over Vista is concern, since images of the Operating system is kept secured in the Bit Locker for both VISTA and Windows-7 differently for both to keep secure the Operating System under complete health and intact allowing none to alter it, a Bio updating is an absolute necessity once the Operating System is upgraded from VISTA to Windows-7 through making available 2nd Bit Locker in the same Machine for replacing the former, it always run with the risk of crash. Since the Windows-7 was without a Product key, none can format the Hard Disk to install afresh the Windows-7 after removing the ‘S’ Bit Locker Drive. On intimating DELL about it, DELL had asked us to continue with the installation of Windows-7 in-spite of the presence of ‘Bit Locker’ of Vista which caused the Operating System become fully unstable to continue starting and shutting down automatically. At last when the Windows prompted that you must update the ‘Bios’ instantly to create a separate or making unusable the existing ‘Bit Locker’ where the image of Vista is kept intact, the Notebook faced with a complete failure beyond repair. This is surely not a fault of us but happened due to lack of instruction during supply of Windows-7
SOLUTION
Since the ‘Bit Lockers’ of both Vista and Windows-7 are different; any availability of both within the same Operating System through superimposition of one over the other, shall result in a fatal failure of the System in the Computers in Machines where ‘Bit Locker’ has been activated while using Vista earlier. Therefore one requires formatting the Hard Disk prior to installation of Windows-7 which option is not available in the CD supplied by DELL and hence it was purely a fault of DELL for not issuing the correct instruction for installation of Windows-7 over Vista. The Company is still insisting that it shall work even though ‘Bit Locker’ is activated when we cannot even reinstall Vista in Vista Operating System without removing ‘S’ Drive followed by thorough formatting or else 2 ‘S’ Drive shall appear to raise conflict with each other not allowing the operating system to work fine .With one ‘Bit Locker’ available within the Recovery Capsule and the other outside it within the Operating System as supplied with the Machine i.e. Windows Vista , the upgrading cannot rewrite the content in the ‘Bit Locker’ to raise an instant issue of conflict of both Windows . The Bit Locker of Windows Vista always remain intact in the hard Disk in-spite of crashing of the Operating System unless it is fully formatted prior to reinstallation of Window7 after duly removing Bit Locker Drive which could not be done by us as the CD supplied by DELL was without a Product key available to see a total crash of the System. Therefore it is highly risky to install Windows-7 over Windows Vista as and when Bit Locker is enabled by one to make the Operating System more secure as done by us. A simple deletion of the Drive ‘S’ cannot ensure a correct installation of Windows-7 over Windows Vista. That is why we are facing this problem from all across the Globe but resorting to above we can possibly overcome it at ease.
Under the circumstances I am bringing the matter into the notice of Highest Management of DELL as well as other Customers of DELL, how a reputed Company like DELL can misinterpret the content of the clause of warranty to act otherwise to panelize a genuine Customer who is intending to build a great relationship with them? This write-up is never reflecting the efficiency or delivery of goods to its wide range of customers from all across the Globe, but to point out some deficiencies on the part of the professionals within the Company for not differentiating one case from the other being everywhere exceptions are available to see and address some critical issues differently for enhancing the name of the Company. We even find that the Company was monitoring the issue from abroad but constrained by compulsion not to act on my behalf just for wrong interpretation of the warranty clauses under force within the Company.

How best we can tackle the Blowout at Gulf of Mexico
With much of our most valuable time lost while making an approach to cap the well which is under full flow, we are surely endangering the sea lives to a great degree without finding any rightful solution as yet which is a great concern to the entire of us. Although the invading of the seashore by the column of oil is prevented till now through initiating other associated actions, it might happen at any time now with setting of spring in the Area early. This shall automatically cause unsettle weather over the entire Area to force us to let lose the enforcement of strict vigilance on its disbursement elsewhere nearby. Therefore we are suggesting a few options to BP to see and analyze its suitability of implementation to the extent possible to cut down the preparation time to the minimum.
So long we don’t allow additional space to accommodate oil and Gas at the Dome itself but restrict the flow from the well exactly equal to the diameter of the last Casing from where the release is taking place, there can never be any ice formation while diverting the flow through the release port in the Dome either due to the ventury effect or production of a notch. If we intend to resort to this process, there must be inflatable element within the Dome to reduce the passage of release to near equal to the size of the Casing. Again if we opt for stepwise reduction of diameter of the Dome up to the release port, both actions shall be time consuming affair to build it. Also, if we convert the Dome into two pieces to join both parts at undersea in the mouth of the well, it too shall require time.
Therefore without losing much of time in doing so while making of a different effort to control the well, we can easily as well as successfully make more ports near to the venting area to avoid formation of ice. The entire release ports can well be connected to a single flow afterwards to collect the oil safely into a vessel. This is the simplest answer to the entire question, as are already successful in placing the Dome in the position. Another design might cause not only delay in constructing it but the rightful placement of it shall become questionable as it shall be subjected to intense pressure that shall be exerted on a lighter Dome by the on-going flow to throw it off position endlessly even during the process of its placement itself to encourage causing a spark .
Further, there should be an additional port or hole provided in the lower part of the Dome with a provision to either close or open it to lower Coil tubing through it into the flowing well, for our ultimate purpose of killing the well without mobilizing a costly Rig but other small set-ups only; as and when the pressure within the Dome become normal with its flow duly diverted to collection ship. This is also not a time consuming exercise and can well be done simultaneously.

Since the smaller Dome is already placed nearer to the position and waiting for exact capping, we must take extraordinarily precaution not to allow knocking out the Dome off position by the high force of crude oil and Gas that is accompanying with the flow. A simple metal to metal strike might cause a spark to trigger another Blowout to make the mouth of the flow from one to many apart from doing other causalities. What was successful elsewhere, may not work in another place being there might be many more other related adverse factors associated with it to expect a similar result. Even if it is successful, we must ensure that an addition port is provided in the Dome to lower coil tubing through it to kill the well easy without requisitioning a standby rig. Further, in order to ensure a free flow without producing any low pressure zone or area nearer to the release from the Dome, the release port must be big enough not to offer a restriction in the flow anywhere in the entire length of 5 Feet of it.

At-lest I never ever seen a Cameron make B.O.P Stack failure in my life time and it was always my personal favorite during my service Career. Any or all Mechanical Equipment bound to fail under certain condition only as and when we unable to maintain it properly or not carrying out B.O.P Drills regularly which is mandatory for all OIL Companies. But that too fail under certain circumstances when there is a time gap between the operation of closing and happening of a Blow-out. However these are secondary thing in finding the exact cause of happening. It is a fact that when a small amount of Methane Gas comes into contact with air, it bound to produce an explosion. But how and why a pocket of it came inside the Drill String without any indication shown in the Surface is therefore puzzle some to solve. Was the contractor injected a high density plug inside the Drill String prior to putting out or was it happened during the time of connection after running-in? If the first presumption is correct we need to ban it doing so without properly balancing the circulating system in the area but if the second option is correct, how the gas can travel that length to cause the explosion? It is a near impossible proposition. Have the Crew members tested any fire extinguisher? I had once faced with seeing such an explosion taking place when we tested it but luckily there were neither any causalities nor any damage done to the area. Accordingly it looked as if there must be some continuous inflammable gas covering the area to do that much of damage to the men and material. It might even be a failure of cementation of Casing to induce a leak from underground. This cause is also improbable to take the rig and crew member by surprise. If there is a casing failure how come the gas travelled that distance without disbursing itself on the way to the rig? Therefore the actual cause of fire is hard to find. Therefore we must ensure placement of additional monitoring gang in the Rig to monitor all activities of the Rig while drilling in the area.
From the Video footage, it is look somewhat easy to Cap the well with the device i.e. heavier Dome with more ports made available at the release point to capture the crude outside with an extra or separate port for lowing of coil tubing. In case, it is possible provide a little bigger diameter pipe than the casing size from where the release is taking place, it might work on our behalf to control the well fast and quick if it don’t call for an additional requirement of time to delay implementing of the operation.

During the entire Career of my Service from joining B.O.C during mid May 1973 to leaving my Company opting for early Retirement during 1st week July, 2004 when it was a PSU of high repute; as I was looking after exactly the same job of supervising ‘Oil Well Drilling’ with some change in sitting positions except during the periods when I had to undergo various temporary demotions for adopting alternative methods; very much breaking the Running Standing Orders of the Company to complete various jobs at less than half the time saving huge cost to the Company; I can well sense a well being of a Drilling Well from a distance but unable to see the exact reason of the ‘Blow Out’ occurred at the ‘Deep Water Drilling Rig’ operated by ‘Transocean’ on behalf of BP. None of the reasons cited are seemed feasible to do that kind of damage to the Rig unless continuous supply of combustibles is maintained to make the fire spread to engulf the entire Rig. Therefore the Satellite pictures if available possibly can lead us to some sort of conclusion on the Subject to know the exact cause.

[Since the direct contact with BP is not possible in absence of proper channel of communication to take an indirect part in the entire exercise of bringing the well under control, I am publishing this small suggestion in Knol in order to bring it to the notice of Management of BP to enable them to give a due thought to it too while introducing other finer methods to control it]

My Three Most Memorable Experiences while Undertaking Domestic Flight within the Country
The following is the transcript of one of my latest submission as contributed towards discussion being made on the Topic ‘why AIRINDIA is going through a bad phase?’ which is put to debate by ‘PeerPower ET Editorial’ (http://www.peerpower.com/et), an on-line Publication by ‘The Economic Times’ Group which is done with the sole aim to draw or to invite entire arena of intellectuals to join hands together to fight the various difficulties being faced by the Country at present standing ourselves in a single platform to suggest ways and means to bring-in a favorable result with least or minimum of resistances. The write-up by itself is self explanatory nonetheless a little of editing is done to make the meaning clearer.

Further to my earlier write-up, I am reproducing hereunder three of my unique experiences, which I had faced with while travelling by Air. While the first 2 were with erstwhile Indian Airlines and the 3rd one was with Jet Airways.
Prior to leaving for Canada for doing a PhD Course in ‘Rock Mechanics’, I got a offer from the Lady Principal of Kedriya Vidhyalaya, Bangalore to keep my 2 little daughters with her until they get a year older to get admission to Girls Hostel attached to the school being remaining as Bachelor to allow me to pursue my Course. Accordingly I took an ‘Air Bus Flight’ of Indian Airlines from Guwahati to Kolkata together with my entire family in the evening time during early 1989.That time Kolkata was experiencing very heavy down power with frequent cloud Bursts with the low pressure zone remaining stationery over Howrah Airport. Being the Plane was heavy, the Pilot made 4 unsuccessful attempts to land the Aircraft safely at Howrah Airport but each time, it dropped into the run away from an unacceptable height to make the Plane imbalance enough to do a smooth landing without a risk of skipping off from the run-away and accordingly without attempting the fifth one, he took the Plane back to Guwahati taking a spot decision by the Cabin Crew and waited there well past mid night before it took off for Kolkata and landed at Howrah Airport safely. But as the Principal was transferred elsewhere before time just after one month of joining, I had aborted the desire of doing the said course unable to admit both of our daughters elsewhere paying high cost.
The next one happened during early nineties when I was posted at Jodhpur. The Airlines was Alliance Airlines, a subsidiary of Indian Airlines. The Aircrafts managed by it were very old but were continuing with extra maintenance infused into it and hence were operated at the evening time only to avoid encountering of high temperature as well as unpredictable air currents at the desert area to the minimum possible. In one of the flights I was travelling alone from Jodhpur to Delhi. While Jodhpur has big airport to handle all Aircrafts, the Jaipur is a small Airport, very much like Udaipur. As we were approaching Airport for landing with usual or normal speed, the Aircraft suddenly lost its height during the approach just before entering the boundary of the Airport. As soon as it almost touched the boundary wall, the alert Pilot just pick up the Aircraft into the air once again; miraculously avoiding a collision with the boundary wall and circled over the Airport for about 15 minute’s time either to make himself or herself normal from the shock or to allow the air pocket to disappear from the same stationary position. When it happened almost similar in the 2nd attempt too, he did a very rough landing bypassing the area with a high speed. Had the Aircraft in Auto Pilot mode, it would have been a fatal accident like the one we had experienced with A320 at Hyderabad. Following the incident all Alliance Flights to and from Jaipur and Udaipur were done with full Engine Throttle but yet the unfortunate Accident at Udaipur happened during take-off when both the Engines always run at full Throttle only being the Air Pocket underneath was so strong that it pulled the Aircraft into it, forcing it to lose its entire height gained most suddenly.
In the 3rd incident had happened at Jodhpur Airport during the year 2004. It was a Jet Airways indirect Flight from Jodhpur to Bangalore. When I was forced to return to Jodhpur after a day of staying at Duliajan, Assam after joining my duty there in a new position for collecting the left-over Migration Certificate from the Kendriya Vidhyalaya, AF-1 to present it in the palatinate day to College Authorities for confirming our son’s admission into the College, the bad weather forced the Jet Airways Flight from Mumbai to Jodhpur to delay indefinitely where I had a booking. After waiting for a few hours all passengers broke-off from the Airport cancelling their respective journeys except me as my presence in the next day was a necessity of highest value not to forego the admission of our son into the College same year. After much delay, the Flight came to Jodhpur empty and returned to Mumbai with me alone with intense air turbulences faced during the entire journey and on landing the Staff ensured my boarding in the waiting Flight from Mumbai to Bangalore of them with all ground facilities completed in the transporting vehicle itself which was used for transporting passengers in between the Aircrafts within the Airport. Accordingly I returned to Bangalore in time.
In all the three incidences, it were very much local as well as instant decisions on the part of Administration either within the Airport or within the Aircraft to act as such to carry an utmost care to the Passengers to secure a value to itself duly nullifying the factor of Profit by the respective Airlines. Had we remained so, AIRINDIA or Indian Airlines would have never faced a loss. This how Business expend itself to gain more and more heights irrespective of whether or not an Airline is facing a loss for whatever reason for a particular period of time which is always temporary phase if such steps are ensured. Further to my earlier write-up, I am reproducing hereunder three of my unique experiences, which I had faced with while travelling by Air. While the first 2 were with erstwhile Indian Airlines and the 3rd one was with Jet Airways.
Prior to leaving for Canada for doing a PhD Course in ‘Rock Mechanics’, I got a offer from the Lady Principal of Kedriya Vidhyalaya, Bangalore to keep my 2 little daughters with her until they get a year older to get admission to Girls Hostel attached to the school being remaining as Bachelor to allow me to pursue my Course. Accordingly I took an ‘Air Bus Flight’ of Indian Airlines from Guwahati to Kolkata together with my entire family in the evening time during early 1989.That time Kolkata was experiencing very heavy down power with frequent cloud Bursts with the low pressure zone remaining stationery over Howrah Airport. Being the Plane was heavy, the Pilot made 4 unsuccessful attempts to land the Aircraft safely at Howrah Airport but each time, it dropped into the run away from an unacceptable height to make the Plane imbalance enough to do a smooth landing without a risk of skipping off from the run-away and accordingly without attempting the fifth one, he took the Plane back to Guwahati taking a spot decision by the Cabin Crew and waited there well past mid night before it took off for Kolkata and landed at Howrah Airport safely. But as the Principal was transferred elsewhere before time just after one month of joining, I had aborted the desire of doing the said course unable to admit both of our daughters elsewhere paying high cost.
The next one happened during early nineties when I was posted at Jodhpur. The Airlines was Alliance Airlines, a subsidiary of Indian Airlines. The Aircrafts managed by it were very old but were continuing with extra maintenance infused into it and hence were operated at the evening time only to avoid encountering of high temperature as well as unpredictable air currents at the desert area to the minimum possible. In one of the flights I was travelling alone from Jodhpur to Delhi. While Jodhpur has big airport to handle all Aircrafts, the Jaipur is a small Airport, very much like Udaipur. As we were approaching Airport for landing with usual or normal speed, the Aircraft suddenly lost its height during the approach just before entering the boundary of the Airport. As soon as it almost touched the boundary wall, the alert Pilot just pick up the Aircraft into the air once again; miraculously avoiding a collision with the boundary wall and circled over the Airport for about 15 minute’s time either to make himself or herself normal from the shock or to allow the air pocket to disappear from the same stationary position. When it happened almost similar in the 2nd attempt too, he did a very rough landing bypassing the area with a high speed. Had the Aircraft in Auto Pilot mode, it would have been a fatal accident like the one we had experienced with A320 at Hyderabad. Following the incident all Alliance Flights to and from Jaipur and Udaipur were done with full Engine Throttle but yet the unfortunate Accident at Udaipur happened during take-off when both the Engines always run at full Throttle only being the Air Pocket underneath was so strong that it pulled the Aircraft into it, forcing it to lose its entire height gained most suddenly.
In the 3rd incident had happened at Jodhpur Airport during the year 2004. It was a Jet Airways indirect Flight from Jodhpur to Bangalore. When I was forced to return to Jodhpur after a day of staying at Duliajan, Assam after joining my duty there in a new position for collecting the left-over Migration Certificate from the Kendriya Vidhyalaya, AF-1 to present it in the palatinate day to College Authorities for confirming our son’s admission into the College, the bad weather forced the Jet Airways Flight from Mumbai to Jodhpur to delay indefinitely where I had a booking. After waiting for a few hours all passengers broke-off from the Airport cancelling their respective journeys except me as my presence in the next day was a necessity of highest value not to forego the admission of our son into the College same year. After much delay, the Flight came to Jodhpur empty and returned to Mumbai with me alone with intense air turbulences faced during the entire journey and on landing the Staff ensured my boarding in the waiting Flight from Mumbai to Bangalore of them with all ground facilities completed in the transporting vehicle itself which was used for transporting passengers in between the Aircrafts within the Airport. Accordingly I returned to Bangalore in time.
In all the three incidences, it were very much local as well as instant decisions on the part of Administration either within the Airport or within the Aircraft to act as such to carry an utmost care to the Passengers to secure a value to itself duly nullifying the factor of Profit by the respective Airlines. Had we remained so, AIRINDIA or Indian Airlines would have never faced a loss. This how Business expend itself to gain more and more heights irrespective of whether or not an Airline is facing a loss for whatever reason for a particular period of time which is always temporary phase if such steps are ensured. Once we learn the Technique, there is no stopping anywhere but seeing of growth only everywhere.

How We Can Build a Strong Foresight by Clubbing both Aspects of the Brain Together?
The following is the transcript of the my latest submission and was contributed to the discussion being made on the Topic ‘Fiscal correction will help cool prices’ which is put to debate by ‘PeerPower ET Editorial’ (http://www.peerpower.com/et), an on-line Publication by ‘The Economic Times’ Group which is done with the sole aim to draw or to invite entire arena of intellectuals to join hands together to fight the various difficulties being faced by the Country at present standing ourselves in a single platform for rightful tackling of various issues to bring-in a favorable result with least or minimum of resistances. The write-up by itself is self explanatory nonetheless a little of editing is done to make the meaning clearer.
Nothing in the Universe exist without an opposite available either to draw equilibrium or to offer a companion to each and every entity within the Universe as well as outside the Universe infinitely, all of which are just floating in the Space except the sole single Source of Energy we often call Him as God. He has no opposite but complete and fulfilled by Him only. The cause of His creation is a ‘Complete Mystery’ which none knows unless and until one merge on to Him and of course open to the rare of rarest devotee. He is most benevolent to those who are clear in their hearts to undo one’s all actions from producing a reverse action but tough of the toughest to ones who carry a dirty heart and mind. As and when we unable to arise the opposite either inside or outside to make an approach of one perfect for killing of a bad issue from spreading within us but bringing the same onto one’s behalf by forcing it to undertake reverse path to behave correctly not to disturb the entire by the said undesirable action or actions. As and when one unable to deliver the best which is one’s hand while holding of a particular position within a system, the opposite shall automatically take over the system; no matter how much resistances are put forward as obstacles to prevent happening so. Accordingly in order to fight all our ills with exactness, we must arise both aspect of the Brain to receive a most fruitful result out of our all actions. This qualification must be behold by all our future Leaders irrespective of what a particular position behold by a learned personality either as a Business or a Political Leader.
While we acquire knowledge from books to infuse Logic and analytical capacity of seeing of a happening of an event through use of the left Brain either to expand ourselves further or to bring-in all such happenings into our favor to give Civilization a different name over time; the right Brain acquire or absorb knowledge automatically directly from the Nature to consider the entire as none but one by virtue of our same or similar holding of the same Brain by all without a difference but with a variance in refinement of it on each entity. It is often a carryover from our previous births.
Hence the development of right left Brain can never be acquired from knowledge gathered from learning Books through following a schedule in the Class rooms of a particular Institution but practicing it to transform the knowledge into reality by combining it duly with Love to get a fine mixer of it to see all happening of events within us most correctly to bring it, into our favor by setting up an appropriate Strategy. Therefore a rare can only develop the right Brain depending upon how he or she behaves the others placing him or her in that position first to absorb the pain of arrest due to whatever reason, the bad cause is happening. Therefore it is important that we chose such Brains to be part of us as and when we undertake such action or actions to face any critical or greater or complex tasks standing as rock hard in front of us even though we often prefer to ignore such personalities as valueless or to give a respect within the Society.
In order to summarize how we can develop our right Brain together, the following three factors are most important to know of:
1. A perfect Religion is a Science of Science where faith plays a very little part except in the initial Stage of learning.
2. The Entire Universe is a Replica of an Atom just governing by a Single Energy or force to act on that way through adaptation of a perfect Order to enable us to expand ourselves beyond this Universe where we are staying.
3. The World is just a resting place for entire of us in the Space and hence we are all interconnected as far as greater force is concerned. Therefore we all are brothers and sisters’ irrespective of whether the Object is living or non living.
As and when we understand and absorb it, the ultimate Knowledge shall automatically take shape in one’s Brain to grow further with time.

My falling of intense LOVE with two Animals and a mammal
During my late School days, when my father received a request from a faraway place as far as walking of distance by oneself at ease is concern to buy a Holy Cow which was about 15KM from our residence, both of us discussed the matter same day afternoon; following his return from office and we instantly decided to buy the Cow notwithstanding the age or health of the Cow. Once we took the decision, he took out his By-cycle to carry me together with him doubling the Cycle, to report to the seller in the late evening time. Unmindful of how much was paid by my father for buying the Cow; I remained standstill in seeing her to develop an instant attraction towards her while I was exchanging a glance which forced me to give a sweet kiss onto her forehead. The color of the Cow was Black but her tail was very long unlike others similar; almost touching the ground.
Following taking custody of the Cow, we started our return journey to home with the rope tied from around her neck in my hand to walk gently back. My father was also walking with me holding the By-Cycle by his hand to push it forward together manually partly due to not leaving me alone and partly due to my ignorance about the entire road map for leading me to come back home safely. On mid-way as we found that the cow was following us with due obedience, I untied the rope and allowed the cow to follow us together more as a companion than as a new owner; exactly meeting the speed of walking we undertook together. When I recognized the road to return home at around mid-night as well as mid way to home, I requested my father to break-off from giving me a company, not to get tired while undertaking the long walk for attending the office next day comfortably. As I said so from my heart, he most hesitantly left me to return home quickest but unable to sleep but kept waiting for me to return home together with my mother.
I was in-fact enjoyed the entire walk, as she was following me all the time without giving me slightest pain whatsoever and accordingly we reached home at very early morning next day much prior to Sun rise to find my Parents waiting for me. Following offering her a welcome gesture by us, she was taken to the Cow Shed to take rest. The next day morning, when we found that she was not mixing up with other Cows of ours but waited for me to issue her a command of what to do next; we were at wit’s end what to do to salvage the situation on our behalf. Further, she was also pregnant at that time. Therefore we had no option other than to take her elsewhere to a nearby area where grasses were readily available or was plenty but it was securely fenced by the owner to prevent harming of other objects mostly flowers and hence I had to take extra permission from him against taking of the entire risk of doing of no harm by her other than to do grazing only without disturbing other valuables within the orchard; to meet her hunger at ease. Knowing well of my giving of an undertaking, she followed it most faithfully not to receive deny of entry any time later. In the evening time, I must always approach her to request her to return home which she preferred to do it with an extra force applied into her body to clear everything in front of her to reach home soonest. Therefore I ensured that all Gates were open first before the request was expressed to her.
When it was about 6 month left for me to complete my Higher Secondary School Education, she gave birth to a beautiful calf. As both grew-up together enjoying themselves, she was not allowing the calf to take milk as and when I make a request to do so if my father by any chance return home late from office to do some milking first without drying it out but just enough to meet for our minimum consumption at home leaving the most for the calf to meet its thirst. With such a unique character built-in in her heart and mind, she instantly developed an intense relationship with the entire members of the family, more especially with me.
Following passing out from the School, when I joined my Engineering College, she suddenly fell ill to the extent that the Veterinary Doctor attending her concluded that she shall no longer survive and opinioned that it was a matter of hours only before she take her last breath. As she was very much attached to me than anyone else, my father decided to inform me about it. No sooner, I received the message; I rushed to home to find her in a most critical condition. As I passed over my hand onto her with Love and togetherness attached, she suddenly stood up on her four very weak feet somehow; gathering strength from the Love we had between each other and later found that she was moving around after sometime. On the 3rd day, we found that she became almost normal to allow ourselves to take a sigh of relief to see her getting well. But on the 4th day just prior to Sunrise she tore-off her tie to die in front of the door where I was sleeping. Possibly she knew that I cannot stay for long to give her a company and hence it was a short showing of getting well to please me. The separation was so painful that the entire members of the family cried aloud as if our most dearest one, had passed away and it forced ourselves to resort to three days of fasting; unable to bear the abrupt separation which I never observed ever; even if any member of the family left us for heavenly abode. After duly completing my all follow-up duties, I left for College with a heavy heart. Since it came vivid to my eye just recently; I penned it down to elaborate my said unbreakable relationship with an Animal.
The next incident was almost similar to display how Love conquers everything within us. It was during early part of the year 1989, when I was returning to Duliajan, Assam with the entire members of the family together to join duty from Bongaigoan, Assam after visiting my elder Brother following taking delivery of first new Car (Fiat) availing Company’s loan; I decided to pay a visit to Bhutan to buy a Dog of our choice from the local Market being the Market was renowned for putting only Dogs for sale of much different varieties. No sooner I paid a visit; I found none of our choice and decided to return empty handed when I suddenly found that a yearlong aged Dog with chain around the neck jumped through my half opened Car Door to grab me around the neck very tightly not allowing me to stretch my legs and hands to make it free. He tore off the heavy chain from a nearby house to meet me. Immediately following the incident, entire Bhutanese Public surrounded us to warned us that the Dog is either very ferocious or mad not to allow any to go near he and hence all decided to kill the Dog next day. Not believing what they were telling to me, I decided to pay the cost for the Dog to the rightful owner which the entire refused to take as they considered the Dog as non-existent to them. With much of difficulty, being the Dog embracing me very hard and not agreeing to compromise to sit anywhere else to make me free to drive the Car at ease other than sitting in my lap, we continued with our journey to Duliajan with much of difficulty which was overtaken by Love expressed by the Dog.
Not accustomed to take such long journey by him, he starting vomiting in my body after we covered about 75 KM when of course, he released the firm grip of embracing me to sit in the Car floor after allowing me to change my dress on the Road to complete the rest of the journey to Duliajan. Although many of the relatives lived on the way while we were returning home, we skipped all to take him straight to home.
We gave a new name to the Dog to call him as Jakee; nonetheless it sometimes lost its control to remain angry allowing none to approach him but yet developed a most fine relationship with the entire of us following each and every gesture we issued to him to follow these in tot-to. Everybody within the family knew as and when I returning home from office or field through his loud barking to welcome me even if I was often about 25 KM from home. As and when he escapes the boundary of the house, he always walked most majestically in the road to challenge all that often comes across against his desire of walking around free. When I often go out to locate him if gets delayed in returning home, it instantly smell my intention of trying to bring him back; he kept himself hiding inside bushes as I approach nearer to him which often force me leave the place and to allow him to continue doing its job unless and until his desire becomes fulfilled. As soon as I leave the area, it shall gently come out to start challenging all once again harming none through loud barking to keep away everyone from his path of walking but always invariable return home with some variation in time. Again when I go out leaving my three children alone at home requesting Jakee to guard them, none was allowed to go out of the front door or even to the lawn within the boundary wall to play in the garden. He was so strict that none could able to play a trick on him to get an escape somehow. One-thing I however unable to understand why he was always resort to fasting on every full moon and moonless day as well as 11th day of each Hindu month which I never ever followed anytime but many do so as a custom to express one’s dedication to God. In-spite of various requests to him not to follow it being felt unnecessary; he never obliged.
Once I was transferred to our Rajasthan Project at Jodhpur, he was also prepared well to accompany us but Indian Airlines refused to allow him accompanying us including that of giving of a place in the baggage area of the Aircraft being he was within a cage, unless we buy a separate full Ticket for him. Being all the time under scarcity of fund, we had to abundant the idea of taking him together with us but handed over him to the Administrative Officer (Passage) to keep him temporarily. On conveying the same to him that it was just a temporary arrangement, he started weeping but on my making of a promise to him to take him later to us, he became somewhat manageable. After a week from the incident, the concern Administrative Officer rang me tell that he stopped taking food altogether and requested me to ask someone within the State of Assam to take him. Accordingly obeying the suggestion passed onto or over to me, he was taken to elsewhere but yet continued fasting against the back ground of my inability to arrange any fund to act otherwise. With no option available, we sent a cloth from our home not to get that much hurt which was purely happening out of the forceful circumstances for forcing me to act otherwise. On receiving the cloth so sent, he started sleeping nowhere other than the piece of cloth we sent with utmost Love to him attached. Following the incident and after a few days he expired embracing the death forcefully. That was the degree of affluence of mine during my entire service Career.
[As and when one’s heart is full of Love towards the others like the one behold by both the Cow and the Dog, such entities instantly became above law to set laws to others on every step they undertake either consciously or unconsciously. Therefore without an Object available, the law has no value whatsoever to govern an entity being issued just to maintain an existing order either correctly or incorrectly. Hence it is necessary that same order keep changing with time to befit the drawing of meaning and in tune with the knowledge we acquire over time. What is felt correct today might become opposite tomorrow. This is what a law is.
As the Almighty is defined by Love only, none can approach Him with an ill will taking root in one’s heart to convert it from the abode of the Lord into just a Machine to do the function of circulation of Blood within the Body. Therefore any or all action(s) to cleanse oneself of wrong doing for whatever reason can be washed off either through one’s repentance or by admitting one’s mistake or not repeating it to stop the cause from spreading amongst us which must be simultaneously force to retract through one’s reverse action to neutralize it as no thought or action of one go waste without producing an appropriate action either good or bad. Hence all rituals’ are just gestures or expression and not a carrier of Love being none can offer nothing to Him being everything is nothing but He only except the Love we exchange between each other]
The 3rd incident was however different. One day while I was at School, I was walking alone in a lonely road to hear a sound of hissing behind me to see a big Snake coming together with me exactly in the same speed I was coming. If I stop, it becomes motionless and as and when I started walking with various speed it also did so without attacking me. It was beyond my understanding why it did that without attacking or harming me. As and when I became nearer to our home, I started running for my safety but it also ran that fast not to leave me. When I reached home, it too entered the house when I jumped-up catching a hanging object above inside the house to clear the ground at the bottom of my feet free for it to come inside at ease. Once inside the house, it became disappeared under the bed where I often sleep being none within the house able to find it anywhere on a thorough search. It remained as a puzzle to me till date the reason of the Snake doing so; whether done out of Love or followed just to interact with me like others did without an appropriate voice available for exchanging the said Love from the heart of each other on the strength of our interconnection with each other either living or non living.
All the three incidences were arose out of intense exchanging o Love between each other, although I am a most ordinary servant of one God; whom others pray differently with different names assigned and hence such arrangements of one to express Love towards Him must bring-in closeness to us rather than making the gap between each other wider to think ourselves as one different from the other which is nothing but ignorance only on our part.

The next incident was almost similar to display how Love conquers everything within us. It was during early part of the year 1989, when I was returning to Duliajan, Assam with the entire members of the family together to join duty from Bongaigoan, Assam after visiting my elder Brother following taking delivery of first new Car (Fiat) availing Company’s loan; I decided to pay a visit to Bhutan to buy a Dog of our choice from the local Market being the Market was renowned for putting only Dogs for sale of much different varieties. No sooner I paid a visit; I found none of our choice and decided to return empty handed when I suddenly found that a yearlong aged Dog with chain around the neck jumped through my half opened Car Door to grab me around the neck very tightly not allowing me to stretch my legs and hands to make it free. He tore off the heavy chain from a nearby house to meet me. Immediately following the incident, entire Bhutanese Public surrounded us to warned us that the Dog is either very ferocious or mad not to allow any to go near he and hence all decided to kill the Dog next day. Not believing what they were telling to me, I decided to pay the cost for the Dog to the rightful owner which the entire refused to take as they considered the Dog as non-existent to them. With much of difficulty, being the Dog embracing me very hard and not agreeing to compromise to sit anywhere else to make me free to drive the Car at ease other than sitting in my lap, we continued with our journey to Duliajan with much of difficulty which was overtaken by Love expressed by the Dog.
Not accustomed to take such long journey by him, he starting vomiting in my body after we covered about 75 KM when of course, he released the firm grip of embracing me to sit in the Car floor after allowing me to change my dress on the Road to complete the rest of the journey to Duliajan. Although many of the relatives lived on the way while we were returning home, we skipped all to take him straight to home.
We gave a new name to the Dog to call him as Jakee; nonetheless it sometimes lost its control to remain angry allowing none to approach him but yet developed a most fine relationship with the entire of us following each and every gesture we issued to him to follow these in tot-to. Everybody within the family knew as and when I returning home from office or field through his loud barking to welcome me even if I was often about 25 KM from home. As and when he escapes the boundary of the house, he always walked most majestically in the road to challenge all that often comes across against his desire of walking around free. When I often go out to locate him if gets delayed in returning home, it instantly smell my intention of trying to bring him back; he kept himself hiding inside bushes as I approach nearer to him which often force me leave the place and to allow him to continue doing its job unless and until his desire becomes fulfilled. As soon as I leave the area, it shall gently come out to start challenging all once again harming none through loud barking to keep away everyone from his path of walking but always invariable return home with some variation in time. Again when I go out leaving my three children alone at home requesting Jakee to guard them, none was allowed to go out of the front door or even to the lawn within the boundary wall to play in the garden. He was so strict that none could able to play a trick on him to get an escape somehow. One-thing I however unable to understand why he was always resort to fasting on every full moon and moonless day as well as 11th day of each Hindu month which I never ever followed anytime but many do so as a custom to express one’s dedication to God. In-spite of various requests to him not to follow it being felt unnecessary; he never obliged.
Once I was transferred to our Rajasthan Project at Jodhpur, he was also prepared well to accompany us but Indian Airlines refused to allow him accompanying us including that of giving of a place in the baggage area of the Aircraft being he was within a cage, unless we buy a separate full Ticket for him. Being all the time under scarcity of fund, we had to abundant the idea of taking him together with us but handed over him to the Administrative Officer (Passage) to keep him temporarily. On conveying the same to him that it was just a temporary arrangement, he started weeping but on my making of a promise to him to take him later to us, he became somewhat manageable. After a week from the incident, the concern Administrative Officer rang me tell that he stopped taking food altogether and requested me to ask someone within the State of Assam to take him. Accordingly obeying the suggestion passed onto or over to me, he was taken to elsewhere but yet continued fasting against the back ground of my inability to arrange any fund to act otherwise. With no option available, we sent a cloth from our home not to get that much hurt which was purely happening out of the forceful circumstances for forcing me to act otherwise. On receiving the cloth so sent, he started sleeping nowhere other than the piece of cloth we sent with utmost Love to him attached. Following the incident and after a few days he expired embracing the death forcefully. That was the degree of affluence of mine during my entire service Career.
[As and when one’s heart is full of Love towards the others like the one behold by both the Cow and the Dog, such entities instantly became above law to set laws to others on every step they undertake either consciously or unconsciously. Therefore without an Object available, the law has no value whatsoever to govern an entity being issued just to maintain an existing order either correctly or incorrectly. Hence it is necessary that same order keep changing with time to befit the drawing of meaning and in tune with the knowledge we acquire over time. What is felt correct today might become opposite tomorrow. This is what a law is.
As the Almighty is defined by Love only, none can approach Him with an ill will taking root in one’s heart to convert it from the abode of the Lord into just a Machine to do the function of circulation of Blood within the Body. Therefore any or all action(s) to cleanse oneself of wrong doing for whatever reason can be washed off either through one’s repentance or by admitting one’s mistake or not repeating it to stop the cause from spreading amongst us which must be simultaneously force to retract through one’s reverse action to neutralize it as no thought or action of one go waste without producing an appropriate action either good or bad. Hence all rituals’ are just gestures or expression and not a carrier of Love being none can offer nothing to Him being everything is nothing but He only except the Love we exchange between each other]
The 3rd incident was however different. One day while I was at School, I was walking alone in a lonely road to hear a sound of hissing behind me to see a big Snake coming together with me exactly in the same speed I was coming. If I stop, it becomes motionless and as and when I started walking with various speed it also did so without attacking me. It was beyond my understanding why it did that without attacking or harming me. As and when I became nearer to our home, I started running for my safety but it also ran that fast not to leave me. When I reached home, it too entered the house when I jumped-up catching a hanging object above inside the house to clear the ground at the bottom of my feet free for it to come inside at ease. Once inside the house, it became disappeared under the bed where I often sleep being none within the house able to find it anywhere on a thorough search. It remained as a puzzle to me till date the reason of the Snake doing so; whether done out of Love or followed just to interact with me like others did without an appropriate voice available for exchanging the said Love from the heart of each other on the strength of our interconnection with each other either living or non living.
All the three incidences were arose out of intense exchanging o Love between each other, although I am a most ordinary servant of one God; whom others pray differently with different names assigned and hence such arrangements of one to express Love towards Him must bring-in closeness to us rather than making the gap between each other wider to think ourselves as one different from the other which is nothing but ignorance only on our part.

A Bank That Embraced Me Hard and Tight Not to Get Hurt- THE ICICI BANK
I have no affection or Love towards holding or earning Money which is not due to me being unearned through use of appropriate labor and yet it came to me at most ease until I got employed when I saw nothing but scarcity everywhere to manage our 2 times meal to live-on; nonetheless it is a very much uncommon and a reverse happening to mean that instead of earning something, out of my employment; it took away everything from me including that of my human identity in return to my huge contribution made to the Organization with total dedication to duty by performing all assigned works most faithfully.
My first attachment to Bank happened on insistence of my parents to allow or grant me a freedom to use it when I was a little as 9 years old to keep my scholarship fund with it to withdraw it in installments as and when situation demands. The name of the Bank was ‘Tripura Bank’ where my Grand Father used to keep the entire liquid Cash with it which were mostly collected as sale proceed from 3 big vendor Shops established within the area to sell items of demands but lost the entire amounts when the Bank gone Bankrupt. It happened much later when I was no longer a Customer of the Bank. During my College education it was ditto of the same of keeping the scholarship fund in the Bank instead of the Post Office to complete my entire education free from burdening my parents anyway whatsoever.
Accordingly at no point of time I ever availed or taken or demanded or used any Money from my parents during my entire Educational Career but yet took their entire pain onto me with feeling of much of enjoyments to solve all their problems through use of various means away from normal. Accordingly they loved me so much that in the Dining Table, my chair was always next to that my father where none ever venture to sit even if I was not in the home being not allowed to do so by any. Even my brothers when requiring taking of a permission to do something irregular; they always approached me first to take the permission from our parents on their behalf. So also my sleeping place next to my Most Beloved Mother was always remained vacant as and when I was unavailable at home which not even my sisters could occupy. That was my intensity of love towards my parents.
Following my employment after graduating in Mechanical Engineering; my most of love shifted towards my work to see nothing but delivering only output from works ignoring whether or not I was paid being more often than not I had passed over my salary to the needy others and hence nothing much was deposited in the Bank to live ourselves on all the time on scarcity but yet lived most happy deriving enjoyment and strength from what I was delivering to others. During the period I was so engrossed in assigned work that I had even ignored the well being of my children to such an extent that they were never allowed to play with their Classmates being considered coming from an untouchable family as appeared conclusive from their dresses they were wearing that time. This information was kept secret from me but within to themselves until last month, not to get me hurt but yet tear automatically came from both of eyes to see their love towards me. Accordingly we mostly managed ourselves from the additional standard facilities extended to the employees of the Company monthly as cash advance towards perks to buy our monthly requirements from Ration Stores incurring minimum of the minimum cost which was normally paid directly to employees concerned without routing through Banks that time [Nonetheless these funds were expected to be disbursed to respective earners but all preferred to ignore it noticing my financial condition much worse than them].Therefore, my investing of funds on any instruments for future use while facing difficulties was next to nil to leave me high and dry when I left the Company out of most forceful circumstances being considered retaining of one’s self respect is most valuable function or responsibility than amassing of any wealth on the part of one as one beholds from childhood.
Hence the decision of the Company to withhold my hard earned Salary reasonless and without information was inhuman and settlement of the same now is meaningless in terms of difference of value borne by it that time and now as a Rupee is devalued by more than 1000 times during the period. Moreover it belongs more to those unprivileged ones who surrendered their dues to me to live ourselves than to me or may be claimed by the one who passed this harass order from within the Company to derive more pleasure out of the action undertook with enough of thought applied.
It is therefore without an iota of doubt that the fund so withhold willfully by stopping my hard earned salary from me; belong to the Authority with much of demand who challenged my living alive or for their inability to make the kill of an well prepared Object, even though everything was withdrawn from me most forcefully, including that of our daily meals through initiation of the second Departmental Enquiry against me with strict stricture issued to allow none to represent me to prove how I remained alive without amassing wealth from unknown sources although I had no connection or dealing with any 3rd parties by virtue of the Power of the Chair I hold during the period of my employment and hence sacked me from the services from the Company with charges unproved. Also the ones either living or non living, who prefer to remain silent but enjoyed seeing the unjust action of the Company unleashed on an innocent reasonless from all over the Globe, are guiltier for remaining silent or seeing the cruelest action keep happening in front of them. Therefore the entire within the Universe including that of the Planets as well as Stars witnessing the action is guilty of seeing the horrifying injustices happening to an innocent in the front of their eyes and hence bound to face its own consequences.
Only Company can be that cruel to derives pleasures in denying monthly salary to one reasonless which was earned putting hard of the hardest labor by one for forcing one to die hungry but cannot kill the desire of ordinary other employees doing most ordinary work to undo such actions by offering their collective labor of around Rupees 15,000.00 per month for ‘well being’ of one of their colleague; which was termed otherwise by the Company to come to a wrong conclusion that that such use of sums given for disbursements are meaningless in the eye of the Company and hence I was guilty of serious misconduct to require a sacking from the Company even though no evidence of my wrong doing anywhere was available other my remaining alive which was considered telltale sign of establishing me as a most corrupt officer in the Company. This is a conclusion of an ignorant one only who can see nothing more or extra other than a dotted line in the front to know that other options are available as well, to the human beings for our living which is govern by sharing of pain between each other at the time of great difficulties like the one inflicted upon me.
Therefore, when I had decided to leave the Company to uphold the value of the humanity; I became an actual Customer of a Bank most popularly known as ICICI Bank at their Jodhpur Branch with minimum sum deposited being not much fund available with me to act otherwise which was too basically done to keep the sell proceeds from whatever I could get from selling off our personal effects before moving out to Bangalore to hide myself. However later, I had added some amounts to it; of sell proceeds from the 2 Bed Room Residential Flat I owned at Delhi but sold-off on demand of the Company to refund the loan availed to buy it being it considered fouling with Company’s laid down rule which was followed by 2 other deposits, one, that of selling a Plot at the Capital of Assam I bought most painfully during 1980’s and the next was from selling of very costly Plot at Jodhpur, Rajasthan at 1/3rd the price situated at a very special locality of high demand; by not selling it to any buyer but to surrender it to a Property Dealer which I got as a gift from a noble one whose educational cost was borne by me to make him a Post Graduate nonetheless worked as a helper in our Residence for over 5 years. We never ever considered him as a servant. The registration paper of the same, showing my name as owner was miraculously located at Bangalore within the junk papers, just through the stoke of a luck being done without my knowledge and in my absence which was duly indicated in the registration paper but circumstances forced me to sell it off at once to bear the cost of our daily requirements.
This was further strengthen by deposit of my hard earned PF; released much delayed when it lost its entire shine to the extent of feeling of guilty in using it nonetheless put to definite use to survive till date undertaking lot of pain in the heart. Being all such funds exhausted now, I am just looking for getting the sale proceed from selling my Plot at NCR Delhi owned by Govt. of UP but bought some 2 decades ago which is yet to be registered in my name even though all development works completed as well as on the expectation that Company shall kind enough to release my Gratuity soon from where I had resigned or sacked just by taking recourse to or taking guidance from the pronouncement of the verdict by the Most Esteemed Supreme Court of INDIA recently on the Subject on a similar case; to see me living my entire life.
As even my various web Sites failed to earn a penny; my best Site is yesterday gifted to NCLS.ORG.AU for their research purpose in-spite of incurring a huge cost towards Advertizing. This most harass action of the Company had stopped my intense desire to take effect of remaining nearer to my Parents at their dying times In order to prove my sincerity of approach, I no doubt fulfilled my said desire of joining my duty at Duliajan, Assam even for a day leaving no cause for remorse on the part of me to remain disturbed throughout the rest of my life
Both are however yet to see the light of the day to leave me with no option other than selling off my present Residence and move to a single Bed Room House often offered to poverty ridden people living within us although our desire is outright and correct to uphold the value of the entire humanity.

Accordingly ICICI Bank is that special one to me. They definitely filled up the entire gap I felt absent in the Society; I am living-in to see ourselves living still alive with lot many debts in the head.
It is somehow beyond my understanding, why they often offer an invitation to me whenever they conducts any internal meetings within the City; even desiring to share it with me at our residence even though unavailable for discussions being bed ridden for about a year following the sever rapture of my Ulcer when none escapes a death. Accordingly my best wishes shall always remain with them for their showing of such behavior to all their Customers without drawing of a differentiation between each other for whatever reason.
